Shortly after joining East Penn Canada in December 2013, I contacted VI Professionals Solutions to assist us in making the leap from on-premises Exchange (2003/2010) to the cloud. When we launched the project in June 2014, the entire IT team at EPC was very new to the business, with less than 9 months’ tenure. VI Professionals Solutions worked side by side with our small infrastructure team to deploy the latest Microsoft tools including, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Skype for Business (formerly Lync) to our employees across the country. Vlad’s hands on approach and solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 offerings helped us to navigate through the licensing process and the complex migration of a production email environment to the cloud. The transition took about 6 weeks, and although not without some unexpected surprises, was ultimately very successful.
